Text Message Terms
OwnerClone Test Kitchen · Last updated September 21, 2026
These terms cover text messages (SMS) from OwnerClone Test Kitchen, operated by OwnerClone Inc. Our texts come from OwnerClone Test Kitchen's own phone number.
What we text
- Orders: a link to follow your order and add your address and payment while you're on the phone with us, an order-ready notice, and driver updates for deliveries.
- Reservations and waitlist: booking confirmations, a reminder before your visit that you can answer Y or N, and a notice when your table is ready.
- Our employees: work schedules, shift changes and shift reminders.
- Offers: occasional specials, up to 4 a month, only if you separately agreed to receive offers.
How you sign up
- On a call: the first time you call us, our automated phone assistant asks whether it can text you so you can follow along on screen and add your address and payment. We text you only if you say yes, and we remember your answer for later calls.
- On our website: by checking the text-message box when you order or book a table. It is never checked for you.
- At the restaurant: when a host asks whether we can text you when your table is ready.
- Employees: by checking the text-message box when accepting a staff invitation.
Agreeing to texts is never required to order, book a table or work with us.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies with your orders and bookings. Message and data rates may apply.
