OwnerClone Test Kitchen is operated by OwnerClone Inc. This policy explains what we collect when you order from us, book a table, join our waitlist, call us, or sign up for our text messages, and what we do with it. Our website, online ordering, reservations, phone ordering and text messages run on software provided by OwnerClone Inc.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, phone number and email address.
- Order and reservation details: what you ordered, pickup or delivery address, party size, times and any notes.
- Phone calls: when you call us, our automated phone assistant keeps a transcript of the call so it can take and complete your order or booking.
- Payments: card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Website use: basic information about visits to this site, such as pages viewed and the type of device and browser.
How we use it
- To take, prepare and deliver your order, and to hold and manage your reservation or waitlist spot.
- To send you the texts and emails you agreed to, such as order updates and reservation reminders.
- To answer your questions and fix problems with an order.
- To send occasional offers, only if you separately agreed to receive them.
- To keep our service working and improve it.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts from OwnerClone Test Kitchen (by saying yes on a call with us, by checking the text-message box on our website, or when a host asks at the restaurant), we text you about your order, reservation or waitlist spot. Our employees may also agree to receive work schedule texts. Offers are sent only to people who separately agreed to them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. Your phone number is used only by the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, such as our messaging platform and wireless carriers.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you:
- OwnerClone Inc, which runs our ordering, reservation, phone and messaging software on our behalf.
- Our payment processor, to charge your card.
- Delivery drivers and delivery partners, who receive your name, phone number and address for a delivery order.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
None of these may use your information for their own marketing. Text-message opt-in data is never shared, as described above.
Your choices
- Stop texts at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.
- Unsubscribe from emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
How long we keep it
We keep order, reservation and call records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page with a new date.
