House Marinara Sauce
The sauce people drive across town for, now bottled and yours to take home. We make it in small batches with San Marzano tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, and a pinch of Calabrian chili for depth. No added sugar, no preservatives β just the same recipe that's been on our menu since we opened. Each 16oz jar is enough for two generous portions of pasta. Refrigerate after opening, use within 10 days. We package them fresh every Tuesday and Thursday.
