Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 6 each slider buns
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 each celery stalk, finely diced
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp dill pickle chips
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 6 leaves butter lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Form ground beef into 6 small patties, about 2.5 oz each. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Make a small indent in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.

    Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness. Remove and let rest for 2 minutes.

    For Buffalo sliders: Mix 2 cooked patties with buffalo sauce in a small bowl, breaking them up slightly. Top with blue cheese crumbles and diced celery.

    For All American sliders: Top 2 patties with American cheese while still warm. Add ketchup, mustard, and pickle chips.

    For Italian sliders: Mix marinara sauce with Italian seasoning. Top 2 patties with provolone cheese, seasoned marinara, and fresh basil.

    Lightly butter and toast slider buns in the same pan until golden, about 1 minute per side.

    Assemble sliders by placing lettuce and tomato on bottom buns, adding the prepared patties with their toppings, and crowning with top buns. Serve immediately on a large platter.
