Triple Threat Sliders - Buffalo, All American & Italian
Bring the slider bar home with this trio of mini burgers that deliver maximum flavor. Perfect for parties or when you can't decide on just one craving, these sliders prove good things really do come in small packages.
Ingredients
9 oz ground beef (80/20)
9 slider brioche buns
3 chicken thighs, boneless skinless
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
3 slices American cheese
3 slices provolone cheese
3 slices mozzarella cheese
1 Roma tomato, sliced thin
3 leaves butter lettuce
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Form ground beef into 9 small patties (1 oz each), seasoning lightly with salt and pepper. For Italian sliders, mix 1 tsp Italian seasoning and garlic powder into 3 patties.

Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and remaining Italian seasoning. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Shred when cool enough to handle.

Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook all beef patties for 2-3 minutes per side.

During last minute of cooking, top 3 All American patties with American cheese, 3 Italian patties with provolone, and toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.

Lightly toast slider buns. Spread mayonnaise on bottom buns.

Assemble Buffalo sliders with buffalo chicken and lettuce. Build All American sliders with beef patty, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Create Italian sliders with seasoned patty, provolone, and tomato.

Serve immediately while cheese is melted and buns are warm.
