2 oz prosciutto di Parma
2 oz soppressata, sliced
1 ball fresh burrata cheese
2 oz aged provolone, sliced
2 oz fresh mozzarella balls, marinated in olive oil and herbs
1/2 cup mixed olives (Castelvetrano and Kalamata)
1/4 cup cornichons or mixed pickled vegetables
1 sleeve artisanal crackers or crostini
2 tbsp fig jam or apricot preserves
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 sprig fresh rosemary for garnish
