## Comeback Sauce
This one goes on everything. Burgers, fries, grilled chicken, raw vegetables if you're feeling bold.
**Ingredients:**
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (we use Crystal)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
**Method:** Whisk everything together. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Keeps for two weeks covered in the fridge.

## Smoky Chipotle Mayo
Our house burger sauce. The chipotles in adobo are non-negotiable.
**Ingredients:**
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo, minced
- 1 tsp adobo sauce from the can
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
**Method:** Blend until smooth or leave it slightly chunky for texture. Great on sandwiches, tacos, and as a dip for our pretzel bites.

## Sports Bar Honey Mustard
Sweeter than the classic, with a little heat.
**Ingredients:**
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- Pinch of cayenne
**Method:** Whisk together and taste as you go. More honey for sweet, more vinegar for tang. This one is especially good on chicken tenders.
