10 wings with your choice of flavor — Hot, Mild, Lemon Pepper, Teriyaki, BBQ or Mango Habanero — served with fries.
Chicken wings as a bar food were popularized at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York in 1964, where co-owner Teressa Bellissimo deep-fried leftover wings and tossed them in a cayenne-butter sauce. The format — fried wings with a dipping sauce and celery — spread nationally through the 1980s sports bar boom and is now a fixture of American bar menus. Sauce variety expanded over time to include dry rubs, honey-based glazes, and global flavors, but the core technique remains unchanged.
